Head, Public Affairs and Communications
David Morley leads Public Affairs and Communications at the Canada Infrastructure Bank. In this role, he will develop partnerships, build awareness and increase engagement regarding CIB’s innovative infrastructure initiatives.
Mr. Morley brings significant experience related to infrastructure and government-business partnerships. Most recently he was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Communications at Infrastructure Ontario, where he led the team responsible for corporate affairs, communications, and external stakeholder and community relations.
Previously, he advised the governments of Ontario, Manitoba and Canada. He has a Masters in Public Administration and received awards for public service from the governments of Manitoba and Canada.
Mr. Morley participated in the 2017 Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference. He also represented Canada in international leadership programs with the United States and United Kingdom, and currently sits on the Alumni Advisory Council with the US Consulate in Toronto.
