Group Head, Corporate Affairs, Policy and Communications
David Morley leads Corporate Affairs, Policy and Communications at the Canada Infrastructure Bank. In this role, he develops external partnerships, builds stakeholder relationships and increases engagement with the public and private sectors. In addition, he develops the CIB’s knowledge and research initiatives in cooperation with CIB and external partners.
David brings significant experience related to infrastructure and government-business partnerships. Most recently he was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Communications at Infrastructure Ontario. Previously, he had senior advisory positions with the governments of Ontario, Manitoba and Canada.
He has a Masters in Public Administration, received awards for public service from the governments of Manitoba and Canada and participated in the 2017 Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference.
He was previously a Board member with the Ontario Construction Secretariat and currently serves on the Skills Canada (Ontario) Board of Directors.
