• Help critical infrastructure projects to get unstuck by tackling risk and affordability issues that often delay earlier investment.
• Deliver real benefits to communities with a growing number of completed projects that create drive Canada’s GDP, local jobs, modernize building energy systems, and deliver clean Canadian electricity to residents and businesses.
• Rapidly respond with innovative approaches to Canada’s most pressing infrastructure challenges. In the last three years, we’ve been tapped by the Government of Canada to address housing, critical minerals, EV charging, clean fuels and Indigenous equity.
• Reduce the burden on Canadians. Our loans are repayable with interest and are already earning repayment allowing us to cover our operating costs minimizing the impact on taxpayers.
