Audrie Chad joined the Canada Infrastructure Bank (“CIB”) in September 2020. She brings extensive experience in the infrastructure space in both equity and debt financing in energy and other sectors, as well as in corporate and structured financing. She joined the CIB from BMO and TD where she covered diversified industries tailoring and structuring transactions and managed combined solutions from treasury, to financing and syndication. Prior to BMO and TD, she spent five years at Fengate Capital Management based in Toronto in the infrastructure origination team, covering P3s/PFI and power projects across OECD jurisdictions. At Fengate she was responsible for investment evaluations, due diligence, negotiation of commercial agreements and bid preparation of infrastructure projects in the energy and P3 sectors. Audrie also worked at HBOS (Halifax Bank of Scotland) participating in infrastructure debt financing, from origination to financial close.
Audrie obtained concurrent Honors in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Health Sciences, graduating with distinction at the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario. She completed her last term at the University of Economics in Prague on an exchange program. Audrie is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has completed the Operis PF/P3 Advanced Financial Modelling course.
