Green Infrastructure

University of Toronto Retrofits

Meeting Canada’s net-zero goals requires transforming how we build and fuel our homes and industries. Green infrastructure investment supports this transition through energy efficient building retrofits and electric and hydrogen refuelling infrastructure.

Our Investment and Advisory teams work with a variety of public sector entities and private sector partners to develop the next generation of green infrastructure. We provide accessible debt financing for infrastructure which also creates employment opportunities.

Our Building Retrofits Initiative (BRI) provides attractive financing to reduce investment barriers and decarbonize buildings. Our team of experts works with the public and private sector as well as other market participants to modernize and improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings.
